Enterprise Architect – Adobe Experience Cloud / AI / Data

Define enterprise-scale digital, data, and AI strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs, while developing multi-year architecture roadmaps across Adobe Experience Cloud, data/ML platforms, and public cloud environments. Design end-to-end architectures covering customer data, identity, profiles, ingestion, governance, activation, and personalization, and architect cloud-native solutions using API-first, microservices, event-driven, and serverless patterns across Azure and AWS. Design secure and scalable architectures covering Zero Trust, IAM, observability, and reliability. Lead client workshops, architecture visioning, roadmap presentations, and executive discussions, while defining architecture governance, operating models, standards, and decision frameworks. Act as a trusted advisor across business, technology, data, analytics, and external partners, mentor architects and consultants, and support pre-sales, solutioning, proposals, and estimations. The role requires strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Frameworks, TOGAF, API, SOA, Adobe Experience Cloud and Digital Marketing Platforms, Azure/AWS Cloud Architecture, AI/ML and LLM-based solutions, Prompt Design, RAG, Model Evaluation, AI Solution Patterns and Guardrails, Agentic Workflows and Tool-Using Agents, Customer Data Platforms, Identity and Profile Management, Data Ingestion, Quality, Governance and Activation, API-first, Microservices, Event-driven and Serverless architectures, Zero Trust, IAM, Observability and Reliability, Enterprise Architecture Roadmaps and Governance, Senior/C-level Stakeholder Management, and cross-functional leadership with Data Architects, ML/Data Scientists, Developers, and Engineering teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to travel up to 50% are required. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and other Digital Marketing platforms is good to have.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
