Job Description / Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end solution architecture and integration patterns across ServiceNow, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Delinea Secret Server.
• Lead architecture and design reviews, ensuring alignment with Central Hudson’s standards and target-state objectives.
• Develop the Hybrid Target Architecture and implementation plan.
• Establish GitHub Enterprise repository structure, governance, and related standards.
• Design and implement a net-new Jenkins platform.
• Configure JFrog Artifactory and Xray, including:
• Local, remote, and virtual repositories
• Promotion tiers
• Xray policies
• Role-based access control (RBAC)
• Jenkins CLI integration
• Develop Terraform Azure modules.
• Create Ansible roles and playbooks.
• Design and implement Delinea Secret Server integration.
• Deliver ServiceNow Catalog capabilities for 10 catalog items, including:
• Workflow diagrams for each catalog item
• ServiceNow-to-Jenkins integration specifications
• ServiceNow CMDB update logic
• High-Level Design (HLD) documents
• Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
• CMDB Mapping Document
• Define CMDB standards, including:
• CI classes and attributes
• Relationship rules
• Source-of-truth determinations
• Reconciliation logic
• Create a T-Shirt Size Definition Document covering approved VM sizing configurations, with up to three sizes per platform for Azure and VMware vSphere. This includes:
• Terraform variable definitions
• ServiceNow dropdown values for catalog items
• Design ServiceNow–Jenkins–GitHub integration workflows.
• Implement CMDB automation.
• Produce operational runbooks, conduct training, and provide hypercare support.

Pay: Up to $72.00 per hour
