• Manage Azure Landing Zone standards and best practices.

• Oversee Azure virtual machines, networking, backup, monitoring, security, and governance.

• Support infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

• Review Azure cost, capacity, performance, and security posture.

• Manage Azure Site Recovery and Disaster Recovery environments.

• ASR, Azure Backup and Replications,

• Manage VMware vSphere and associated infrastructure platforms.

• Oversee ESXi hosts, clusters, storage integration, and virtual machine lifecycle management.

• Support datacenter modernization and transformation initiatives.

• Routing and switching

• Act as the overall infrastructure lead for all technology towers.

• Own BAU operations and service delivery across the infrastructure estate.

• Lead and coordinate resolution of Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incidents.

• Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and operational performance commitments.

• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management activities.

• Participate in service reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder forums.

• Manage escalations and provide executive-level communication during critical incidents.

• Act as the primary technical contact for the customer.

• Lead customer technical discussions and governance meetings.

• Build relationships with customer leadership teams and technology stakeholders.

• Coordinate offshore and onsite technical teams.

• Present technical recommendations and service improvement initiatives
