Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:

• This role focuses heavily on macro-level platform blueprinting, instance health governance, multi-instance strategy, and aligning ServiceNow with the wider corporate Enterprise Architecture ecosystem rather than single-module configurations.

• We are seeking an exceptionally strategic and technically profound ServiceNow Platform Blueprint & Enterprise Architecture (EA) Build Architect with 8 to 12 years of enterprise application architecture experience.

• In this role, you will not simply configure applications; you will serve as the chief master planner of our total ServiceNow footprint. You will design the global Platform Blueprint-defining multi-instance strategies, tenant architectures, foundational data models, and enterprise-wide integration patterns. As an EA Build Architect, you will ensure ServiceNow acts as a core, highly resilient engine within the broader corporate enterprise landscape, tightly aligned with global IT standards, cloud architectures, and long-term business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 8-12 years in IT enterprise architecture, solution engineering, or systems design across complex application ecosystems.
  • ServiceNow Architecture Mastery: 5+ years of dedicated experience running ServiceNow enterprise-level platform-wide architecture. Proven success building blueprints for multi-instance or high-volume global environments.
  • Advanced Technical Depth: Mastery of ServiceNow runtime environments, performance tunings (database indexing, slow scripts/queries mitigation), complex domain-separated architecture, and IntegrationHub framework.
  • Framework Familiarity: Strong practical familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF) and structural data frameworks (ITIL v4, COBIT).
