Role: Enterprise Architect (Superannuation background)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architectural leadership across two major business programs within a leading superannuation organization. This role will be split 50/50 across the Member Services Program and Retirement Program , ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture principles, target state architecture, and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Strong Azure architecture experience (Mandatory)
• Superannuation industry experience (Mandatory)
• Proven experience operating at Enterprise Architect level
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience
• Ability to provide architectural oversight across multiple concurrent projects and programs
• Experience developing Target State Architecture, Reference Architecture, and Architecture Roadmaps

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Strong Azure cloud architecture expertise
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance
• Proven background within the Superannuation sector
• Experience working across large transformation programs
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Experience mentoring Solution and Domain Architects
• Ability to balance strategic direction with practical delivery outcomes
