Ideal Candidate Profile

8 - 12 years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in enterprise architecture, AI engineering, or technology leadership.

Proven experience defining enterprise AI strategies and delivering production-grade Agentic AI solutions.

Strong understanding of autonomous agents, multi-agent architectures, RAG, LLM orchestration, and enterprise AI governance.

Experience leading technical teams, mentoring architects and engineers, and engaging with senior business stakeholders.

Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI solutions.
