What they need

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting healthcare payer and/or provider organizations required
Deep expertise with AWS cloud services, Snowflake, Salesforce platforms, enterprise integrations, and software-as-a-service architectures required
Strong understanding of healthcare business domains, including claims, care management, clinical operations, provider management, member engagement, and population health required
Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, and X12/EDI required
Experience supporting Medicare, Medicaid, commercial, or value-based care programs preferred
Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning-enabled healthcare platforms and data products preferred
Experience with MuleSoft, Informatica, Databricks, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, or API gateway platforms preferred
