What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in the IT industry, spanning development, product, and infrastructure , with at least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a comparable strategic technology leadership role
• Professional certification in at least one recognized architecture framework or methodology — e.g., TOGAF 9/10, the Zachman Framework, The Open Group FEA, or another OGAB-accredited credential — with evidence of applying the methodology in real-world transformation programs
• Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS/Event Sourcing, API-first design, API management & gateway, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proven experience designing end-to-end systems from scratch across multiple domains, evolving existing systems, and/or leading re-architecture efforts, combined with hands-on coding skills
• Solid grasp of legacy modernization decision frameworks and the ability to model transition architectures that allow the coexistence of modern and legacy technology landscapes during a multi-year transformation
• Ability to define and track architectural KPIs and maturity metrics
• Strategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and change-management acumen
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; proven ability to translate complex architectural trade-offs into clear, data-backed narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical business sponsors
• Proven record of mentoring, coaching, and growing senior/solution architects and technical leads through design reviews, pattern libraries, internal architecture guilds, and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy.

How can you make an impact?

• Define, communicate, and execute the 5-year enterprise technology roadmap, ensuring every initiative is directly traceable to business strategy, market positioning, and shareholder value
• Translate high-level business objectives into tangible technology investment themes, technology improvements, and measurable capability milestones that guide multi-year IT planning cycles
• Design, implement, and continuously evolve the enterprise architecture framework leveraging TOGAF (ADM), Zachman, or industry-recognized methodologies tailored to the organization's maturity and scale
• Establish, document, and enforce global technology standards, reusable patterns, and governance policies across the full technology lifecycle
• Architect and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, including legacy system modernization, cloud-native migration, and adoption of agile/DevOps delivery models to maximize IT portfolio value and reduce technical debt
• Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles into every architectural blueprint; ensure all systems and data flows comply with KVKK, GDPR, sector-specific regulations, and internal risk-management policies
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (Generative AI, low-code, serverless, Agentic AI, etc.), producing structured feasibility assessments covering business value, technical readiness, TCO, security posture, and time-to-market before recommending enterprise-wide adoption
• Facilitate cross-functional and cross-business-unit collaboration to eliminate data silos, eliminate redundant integrations, and ensure seamless end-to-end process flows across core systems
• Guide senior architects, solution architects, and technical leads, fostering a culture of architectural excellence through regular knowledge-sharing sessions
• Build and scale the enterprise architecture capability: define role maturity models, create onboarding and upskilling paths, and grow the architecture team to meet the organization's strategic ambitions
