We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to take ownership of the European application, integration, and data landscape. This strategic role will be instrumental in shaping the organization's long-term technology vision, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy ERP platforms to a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Opis stanowiska

• Define and own the target architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, integrations, and enterprise data platforms across Europe.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks, promoting a "standard over customization" approach.
• Lead architecture reviews for projects, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Manage the European application and integration portfolio, including the phased retirement of legacy ERP systems and applications.
• Support large-scale Dynamics 365 transformation programs and multi-country deployments across European entities.
• Design and maintain environment strategies, including production, testing, and development landscapes.
• Define enterprise-wide integration and data architecture standards in collaboration with data and integration teams.
• Chair architecture governance boards and provide guidance on security, compliance, and technology best practices.
• Advise senior leadership on technology roadmaps, licensing strategies, vendor selection, and cloud optimization initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to drive modernization and operational excellence across the IT landscape.

Profil kandydata

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement architectures.
• Deep understanding of Azure cloud services, enterprise integrations, and modern data platforms.
• Proven track record in ERP transformation programs, system migrations, and multi-country implementations.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and business-driven enterprise architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior business leaders.
• Experience governing application portfolios, architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
