Position Overview: We have established the foundational components of its Enterprise Architecture Practice and are seeking an experienced consultant to help operationalize, institutionalize, and mature the practice. The focus of this engagement is on delivering practical, sustainable, and measurable capabilities.

- Support architecture governance processes, review boards, decision records, and standards management.
- Deliver sustainable processes, templates, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Translate architecture concepts into practical operational capabilities.
- Deliver solutions that are sustainable and maintainable after engagement completion.
- Build lightweight, scalable, and user-friendly processes.
- Focus on implementation and adoption rather than documentation alone.
- Demonstrate successful examples of architecture operationalization with measurable business outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications: Candidates should demonstrate:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Governance, Architecture Operations, Technology Strategy, Service Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience establishing, operationalizing, or maturing Enterprise Architecture practices.
