Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise CI/CD Modernization Engineer to drive the transformation of legacy software delivery processes into modern, scalable, cloud-native CI/CD platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps, automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale CI/CD pipeline implementation.

The role involves designing and implementing modern CI/CD practices, standardizing deployment frameworks, enabling DevSecOps adoption, and improving software delivery velocity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing CI/CD pipelines and identify modernization opportunities.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale CI/CD solutions using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Migrate legacy build and release processes to modern cloud-native delivery platforms.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Implement GitOps and DevSecOps best practices.
• Automate application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Build reusable pipeline templates and deployment frameworks.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Engineering teams.
• Enable observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of CI/CD platforms.
• Support Kubernetes and container-based deployment strategies.
• Drive enterprise-wide DevOps maturity and platform standardization initiatives.

Qualifications
