Enterprise Containerization & Application Modernization Architect

Role Purpose

Lead the design, engineering, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the Containerization capability for TEE, delivering secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and measurable enterprise technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise containerization and modernization strategy across application and infrastructure landscapes.
• Lead large-scale application migration and modernization initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Establish reusable platforms, automation, CI/CD pipelines, security controls, and observability standards.
• Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to enable scalable, resilient, and cloud-ready solutions.
• Drive application assessment, migration planning, governance, and execution excellence.
• Accelerate engineering adoption through technical leadership, coaching, and standardized playbooks.
• Serve as the enterprise technical authority for container platforms and modernization practices.
• Measure and optimize modernization outcomes through velocity, reliability, productivity, and cloud-readiness metrics.
