Enterprise Development & Administrative Support (Temp) | XY

About the role

• 12 Months Contract
• Working Hours: Mon - Thur, 9am - 6pm, Fri, 9am - 5:30pm

Key responsibilities

• Craft and administer survey questionnaires.
• Collate survey responses, clean data and organise databases.
• Analyse data across multiple datasets to derive insights and support reporting.
• Develop and maintain data visualisations, reports and dashboards for regular monitoring.
• Provide troubleshooting support to survey respondents and data users.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including coordinating department meetings and organising department events.
• Support other ad hoc assignments and projects as required.

Key Requirements

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable working independently with large spreadsheets and/or databases.
• Experience in survey administration.
• Experience in quantitative data analysis.
• Experience in data dashboarding and visualisation tools, such as Power BI.
