Fidelity Investments Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations Internship Location: Galway Placement Dates: January 25 th until August 20 th 2027 An internship at Fidelity Investments offers you hands-on work experience, along with structured learning to develop your professional skills and help you prepare for your future. Our Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations team plays a critical role in the company’s success. During your internship you will get the opportunity to develop your skills, collaborate across Fidelity teams, and continue to learn in a fun, iterative, and rapidly changing environment. Working closely with the Major Incident Management, Operations & Data Analytics teams you will help build and automate using monitoring tools and ITSM tracking tool. You will engage in operations support to implement solutions for Service Management.

• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrates ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools and demonstrate this knowledge in day-to-day work. Attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks. Those studying for a Degree in Computer Networking and Engineering or equivalent with grades of 2.1 or higher is desirable.
