Enterprise Personalization Architect, Adobe Experience Cloud (Director or Principal)

At Better Digital, you own it. You’ll lead enterprise personalization architecture engagements end-to-end for Fortune 500 clients who’ve already tried the large SI route and need something that actually works.

That means AEP data modeling, identity resolution strategy, audience design, and the judgment to tell a client when their roadmap is wrong before they build it. You are accountable for whether personalization actually works in production.

What this takes:

• 8+ years in enterprise MarTech, with real AEP depth
• Experience owning architecture decisions, not just executing them
• Comfort operating directly with VP and C-level stakeholders
• Adobe certifications are a plus. Track record of outcomes is required.

This role offers a base salary in the range of $210,000–$230,000 annually, based on experience. As experience and tenure grow, the role and compensation scale with it.
