Enterprise Program Manager

Title: Enterprise Program Manager – Project Lead / Interim Assistant IT Director

Location: Columbia, SC 29201 (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for FTE Conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, and helpdesk services.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and shared-services providers.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, incident response, risk assessments, and compliance.
• Support IT audits, access control reviews, procurement, budgets, and contract management.
• Manage enterprise integrations, including SAP and third-party systems.
• Supervise IT staff and contribute to strategic technology planning.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years of IT supervisory experience.
• Experience managing vendors, SLAs, and cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least one certification: CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or PMP.

Preferred: State government or financial services experience, project management, SAP integrations, and IT procurement.
