Position: Enterprise Project Manager

Location: Hybrid – Cayce, South Carolina

Duration : 12 Months + Extension Possible

Interview: 2 Rounds – Virtual.

Role Overview

This role will provide oversight and coordination of agency-wide initiatives, including project governance, portfolio management, project management system implementation, dashboard reporting, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change management .

The consultant will play a key role in implementing a new Project Management System, supporting project visibility, user training, organizational change, and strategic projects aligned with the Client

Required Experience

• 15+ years of Project Management experience
• 10+ years of experience with State or Federal IT projects
• 10+ years of experience implementing Project Management Systems
• 8+ years of experience creating Power BI Dashboards
• 10+ years of Change Management experience
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with Public Health Softwar
