Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant based in Khaniá. The ERP Consultant will work closely with clients to analyze existing business processes, identify requirements, and design appropriate ERP solutions. Daily responsibilities include configuring and implementing ERP modules, testing system functionalities, and supporting data migration activities. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams, preparing documentation, training end users, and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the system. The consultant will also participate in troubleshooting, continuous process improvement, and optimization of ERP usage to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and design, with the ability to map and optimize workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems across different functional areas.
• Solid analytical skills to evaluate requirements, interpret data, and propose effective system configurations.
• Knowledge of finance processes and basic accounting principles as they relate to ERP modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, including requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work on-site in Khaniá, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with business software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English will be considered an asset.
