Enterprise Risk Management Officer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with all risk owners to identify and measure risks across all areas of the company
• Coordinate with all risk owners to collect the necessary data for risk management system reporting, both for internal reporting to the Board of Directors and the Risk Management Committee, as well as for submission to regulators and the conglomerate
• Adjust all documents related to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements, coordinate data collection on quality and information security objectives, and coordinate vendor evaluation and customer satisfaction evaluation processes
• Draft and revise internal regulations based on document owner reviews or in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and complete administrative requirements for management reviews, internal audits, and external audits related to the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
• Stay updated on applicable regulations, provisions, and legislation related to the Risk Management System, Quality Management System, and Information Security Management System

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Management, or other relevant fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or full-time experience is a plus
• Knowledge of and/or experience in general insurance compliance is preferred
• Has basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 standards
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with various stakeholders
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
