Enterprise Risk Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead the identification, assessment, measurement, and monitoring of enterprise risks across business and operational processes through Management Information Systems (MIS) and gap analysis against applicable regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Develop strategic risk mitigation recommendations and monitor their implementation to strengthen the company's risk management and internal control framework.
• Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of key risk management tools, including Loss Event Database (LED), Key Risk Indicator (KRI), Stress Testing, and Contingency Plan.
• Lead the preparation and review of periodic Risk Profile Reports and other risk management reports for Management, the Board of Commissioners, and regulators.
• Coordinate the preparation of risk management materials, reports, and meeting minutes for the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Risk Oversight Committee (ROC).
• Monitor the implementation of RMC and ROC decisions and recommendations in coordination with the company's three lines of defense.
• Develop, review, and maintain risk management policies, SKD, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Management Instructions (MI), and other related governance documents.
• Oversee risk management reporting, documentation, and analytical requests from Management to support strategic decisions and enterprise risk oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management framework to ensure alignment with business developments, risk exposure, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably within the multifinance or financial services industry.
• 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks, risk governance, risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and applicable regulatory requirements for financing companies.
• Proven experience in managing risk reporting, Risk Profile Reports, Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Loss Event Database (LED), Stress Testing, and Contingency Plans.
• Experience in developing and reviewing risk management policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong report-writing capabilities.
