Enterprise Sales and Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies for market expansion through acquisition of new customers and partnerships.
• Manage commercial negotiations with clients to drive revenue growth and improve customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing products/services to increase revenue streams.
• Build strong stakeholder engagement by developing effective communication plans with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience.
• Prior experience selling to: hospitals, healthcare providers, medical device companies, diagnostics companies, healthtech companies
• Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, contract management, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals.
