TestMu AI

TESTMU AI (formerly LambdaTest)
Enterprise Sales Lead, APAC / EMEA
Revenue · Global GTM Team
Noida · 5 days WFO
Full-Time · 5–8 Years
On-target earnings grow with closed revenue.
No cap on upside. Hustle rewarded directly.
You're the first real voice a Fortune 500 engineering leader hears from TestMu AI.
No big-brand coat-tail. No warm inbound queue. A product worth selling, a market being rewritten by AI, and a comp plan that pays you for what you actually close.
If that's the shape of job you want, read on.
READ THIS FIRST
We're not hiring for titles. We're hiring for the person who closes deals when the pipeline is empty, owns the loss when the deal walks, and still shows up Monday morning hungrier than they were Friday.
If you want to be handed inbound leads and ride a brand name, this isn't the role. If you want to be managed closely, told what to do, and promoted on tenure, this isn't the role either.
If you want full ownership of a market, a product that genuinely wins, and a comp plan that scales with your pipeline, read on.
THE MISSION
We aren't automating scripts; we're deprecating the era of manual-heavy testing entirely. TestMu AI is building the world's first AI-native platform where Agentic Intelligence autonomously plans, authors, and self-heals the entire Quality Engineering lifecycle.
The name "TestMu" comes from our community conference: our users and our team are the heartbeat of what we build, not an audience.
You'll be opening and closing enterprise deals across APAC and EMEA, talking to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, QA leads, and DevOps heads at companies that are deciding how AI reshapes their quality engineering stack this quarter. That's the window. That's the seat.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
Hunt, Close, Expand (60%)

Own enterprise deals end to end across APAC and EMEA: hunt the account, qualify, run discovery, demo, negotiate, close. From cold to signature, it's yours.

Hold personal pipeline accountability, self-sourced + marketing-sourced. If inbound dries up for a month, you don't stall. You build.

Close new logos and expand existing enterprise accounts through multi-stakeholder, multi-threaded, written-contract outcomes.

Sell to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of QA, and DevOps leaders at enterprises evaluating AI-native quality engineering today.

Pipeline Discipline & Execution (25%)

Keep CRM honest. Every touch, every call, every next step logged: if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen.

Run tight weekly forecasts you can defend in the room. No hedging, no last-minute surprises.

Partner with SDRs, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to move deals through the funnel without dropping context.

Report accurate pipeline velocity, deal stage health, and win/loss honestly, including the losses, especially the losses.

Market Intelligence & Positioning (15%)

Bring back customer intelligence that shapes product: what's winning, what's losing, what's blocking.

Build and defend the positioning narrative for TestMu AI in your territory. CTOs don't buy on features. They buy on belief.

THE BAR
Signal: What you'll show us.

Hunger. You've been the person on the team who did the extra 2 hours of prospecting after everyone logged off. You can walk us through a deal you closed that nobody expected you to.

Ownership. You've missed a target or lost a deal that mattered. You can tell us what you did wrong, what you changed, and what you'd do differently today, without blaming the AE before you, the SDR, or the product.

Humility. You've worked for a manager you didn't fully agree with, or alongside a peer who was difficult. You stayed professional, delivered the number, and the other person would still take your call today.

Extreme Ownership: Takes full accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
We'd rather tell you now than at the offer stage.

AEs who need a brand name to close. If you've only sold at companies where the prospect knew the logo before you dialled, this will be harder than you expect.

Closers who stopped prospecting the day they got promoted to AE. The month inbound dries up, you'll need to build 60% of your pipeline yourself. Non-negotiable.

Candidates who want to be managed closely. We'll back you, coach you, and clear roadblocks, but we won't tell you what to do each day.

Anyone who thinks a promotion or a bigger patch is owed to them because of tenure. Here, you earn the next seat with the number on the board.

Comfort-seekers. This is a 5-days-in-office role, APAC/EMEA hours, with real quarterly accountability. Honest about it so nobody mis-sells themselves.

YOUR PATH
AE → Senior AE → Enterprise AE → Regional Lead.

You move up when you hit quota consistently, hold a clean forecast, and prove you can mentor the AE sitting next to you. We don't promote on tenure. We promote on numbers on the board and the shape of leader you've become.
