Enterprise Sales Manager- IT Solutions

Location – Vikhroli west, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drivenew business growth and manage key enterprise accounts.This role will be critical in building a strong sales pipeline,closing large-ticket deals, and contributing to the company’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition across BFSI, Pharma, andManufacturing sectors- Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts- Build and own a strong sales pipeline for IT Infrastructure& Security solutions- Identify, pursue, and close large ENTREPRISE deals (₹1Cr – ₹10 Cr)- Leverage existing relationships to bring in accounts fromprevious experience- Work closely with leadership to define and execute GTMstrategy

• Collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and dealclosures

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in System Integration (SI) business- Strong experience in:- Enterprise solution sales- IT Infrastructure solutions- Enterprise account management- Strong network within BFSI / Pharma / Manufacturingsectors- Ability to understand and sell complex technologysolutions- Prior experience in account mining and relationship-drivensales

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
