Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Enterprise Solution Architect to join our high-performing team in Vietnam. In this strategic role, you will be the ultimate bridge between complex business objectives and flawless technical execution. You will take ownership of designing scalable, resilient, and cutting-edge architectural blueprints, ensuring that our digital services consistently exceed client expectations while adhering to the highest industry standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Spearhead the end-to-end design of complex technical ecosystems, covering system integration, data workflows, and application architecture across diverse enterprise projects.
• Blueprint Translation: Convert high-level business goals and user stories into comprehensive technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and low-level design documents.
• Technology Strategy: Assess and select the most optimal frameworks, tech stacks, and cloud platforms to maximize system scalability, security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner dynamically with project managers, business analysts, and engineering squads to ensure seamless solution deployment.
• Mentorship & Governance: Serve as a technical mentor for development teams, establishing and enforcing strict architectural guidelines and best practices.
• System Audits: Lead rigorous architectural reviews to proactively identify performance bottlenecks, mitigate technical risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Pre-Sales Engagement: Drive pre-sales initiatives by leading technical presentations, estimating project efforts, and delivering compelling solution demonstrations to clients.
• Knowledge Hub: Maintain detailed architectural documentation (design patterns, reference architectures) and act as the definitive Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal teams and external clients.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technology field.
• Experience: 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including a minimum of 3-5 years functioning specifically as a Solution Architect or in a highly senior technical capacity.
• Enterprise Expertise: Demonstrated success in architecting large-scale solutions spanning across applications, data, and cloud ecosystems.
• Design Paradigms: Deep command of modern architectural patterns such as Microservices, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and Event-Driven architecture.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in at least one major Cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Holding relevant Cloud certifications is a massive plus.
• Tech Stack: Strong fluency in modern programming languages (Java, Python, .NET, or Node.js) and comprehensive knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Integrations & DevOps: Hands-on experience with API lifecycle management, ESB solutions, system integration patterns, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and bilingual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effortlessly to both C-level executives and engineering teams. Prior consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
