Enterprise Systems Administrator

What You'll Do

• Administer and support Microsoft Windows servers and virtual infrastructure
• Deploy and support desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications
• Maintain backups, disaster recovery, and cloud replication systems
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, and VPN connectivity
• Support cybersecurity efforts through patching, vulnerability remediation, access management, and security monitoring
• Assist with audits, disaster recovery testing, and business continuity initiatives
• Provide technical support and technology solutions for team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of IT experience in systems administration, desktop support, or a similar role
• Experience with Microsoft server platforms, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, and desktop support

Schedule Generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours work for maintenance, upgrades, and project support.
