Enterprise Systems Architect

Role Description The Enterprise Systems Architect at Gestión del Talento Humano is a part-time, remote role focused on designing, aligning, and optimizing enterprise technology solutions with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining system architecture, creating high-level designs, and guiding the implementation of complex systems across multiple platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between applications, data, and infrastructure, as well as evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements to existing systems. The Enterprise Systems Architect will also develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices, and provide oversight and support during system development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong System Architecture and Systems Design skills to define scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Integration to ensure seamless interaction between applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on Software Development experience to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and validate architectural decisions.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level systems, preferably in distributed or cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of common integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and data integration approaches.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and system reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and performance considerations in enterprise architectures.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and managing priorities in a part-time capacity.
