Enterprise Systems Integrator I

Overview:

VTG is looking for a Enterprise Systems Integrator in Chantilly, VA. The Enterprise Systems Integrator I supports integration activities across systems, platforms, and stakeholders, assisting government and program teams with documentation, coordination, and technical analysis under senior supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Support integration planning across systems, applications, and infrastructure components
• Assist with analysis of system interfaces, data flows, and dependencies
• Support development and maintenance of integration documentation (ICDs, data flow diagrams, integration plans)
• Track integration issues, risks, and action items
• Participate in technical working groups and integration reviews
• Support coordination between government stakeholders, contractors, and system owners.

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Poly Required
• 1-4 years of experience supporting IT systems or technical programs
• Basic understanding of system integration concepts and enterprise environments
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting federal, DoD, or IC programs, Exposure to multi‑system or enterprise environments, Familiarity with Agile or systems engineering lifecycles
