Enterprise Systems Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Systems Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This role will guide a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives that support organizational priorities and improve how teams work across the enterprise. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive alignment, resolve risks, and keep programs moving forward. The position is focused on governance, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined delivery of system-related work that strengthens operational effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise systems initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Monitor project status, budgets, and risks, applying corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and enterprise architecture standards.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage contracts to support program outcomes.
• Promote continuous improvement in systems and program management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management and IT systems.
• Proficiency in software development life cycle and structured software implementation standards.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, Workday, Salesforce, and Jira preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgPgM, Agile, or Prosci are preferred.
