Meta is looking for an experienced Enterprise Technical Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing team focused on driving adoption of Meta's enterprise technology solutions across EMEA. In this role, you will oversee a team of technical sales professionals responsible for engaging large enterprise accounts, translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, and building long-term strategic partnerships. You will set the vision for how Meta's enterprise portfolio is positioned and sold across the region, working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market partners to accelerate revenue growth and deepen enterprise customer relationships.

Enterprise Technical Sales Manager, EMEA Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of enterprise technical sales professionals across EMEA, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth
  • Define and execute the regional enterprise technical sales strategy, aligning team priorities with Meta's broader go-to-market objectives and product roadmap
  • Own the EMEA enterprise revenue pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment across the team's portfolio of accounts
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure the sales team is equipped to articulate the technical value proposition of Meta's enterprise solutions to C-suite and technical decision-makers
  • Establish scalable processes for enterprise account planning, technical discovery, proof-of-concept execution, and deal progression
  • Engage directly with strategic enterprise accounts as an executive sponsor, supporting complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder relationship management
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams to develop integrated go-to-market plays that drive enterprise pipeline and accelerate deal velocity
  • Analyze regional sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable coaching and strategic adjustments
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top enterprise technical sales talent, building organizational depth and succession readiness across the EMEA team
  • Represent the enterprise technical sales function in cross-functional leadership forums, contributing to product feedback loops and influencing roadmap prioritization based on customer needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technical sales, solutions engineering, or a related go-to-market function within a technology company
  • 6+ years of experience managing and developing enterprise sales or technical sales teams, including multi-team or regional organizational scope
  • Experience owning and delivering against enterprise revenue targets, including pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment at a regional or national scale
  • Experience engaging with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders at large enterprise accounts, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop and execute enterprise go-to-market strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of building and scaling enterprise technical sales organizations through periods of significant growth or product expansion
  • Experience using data-driven sales methodologies and CRM platforms to manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team performance at scale
  • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions in the EMEA market, with familiarity across multiple industry verticals such as financial services, retail, healthcare, or technology
  • Familiarity with enterprise software procurement processes, including legal, security, and compliance review cycles common in large enterprise accounts
