Enterprise Technical Solutions Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Technical Solutions Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,500 – $142,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales/presales to create value-driven solution proposals
• Act as a technical resource for Presales on the company’s products and APIs
• Respond to complex opportunity requests regarding API integrations and enterprise architecture
• Develop proof of concepts to showcase product capabilities to customers
• Create solution diagrams to clarify technical architecture for proposed solutions
• Provide expert knowledge on the company product capabilities and limitations
• Collect insights from the field to inform Product and Engineering teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar role in SaaS/enterprise software
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Understanding of Service/User Management from an IT perspective
• Experience with APIs and standard authorization protocols (OAuth2, SAML/SSO, OpenID)
• Proficiency in programming (Python, NodeJS/JavaScript)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub/GitLab is a plus
