Job Description:
We are seeking an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer with strong networking knowledge and customer-facing support experience. The candidate will provide technical assistance to enterprise customers and resolve complex networking issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and web.
- Troubleshoot networking-related issues.
- Analyze packet captures and logs.
- Deliver timely customer resolutions.
- Document technical solutions and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Required Technical Skills
- TCP/IP
- DNS
- DHCP
- Routing & Switching
- OSI Model
- IPv4 & IPv6
- Subnetting
- Wireshark (Preferred)
Preferred Profile
- 1-3 years in Technical Support / Network Support.
- International customer support experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
