Job Description:

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong enterprise test leadership experience within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on knowledge of domestic and international payments and payment processing workflows.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end testing across complex, integrated banking systems.
• Good understanding of ISO 20022 messaging and payment integration.
• Experience leading SIT, E2E, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to coordinate testing across multiple teams.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent.

Desirable Experience

• New Zealand banking and domestic payments ecosystem.
• Payments modernisation, payment hubs and clearing and settlement systems.
• Test automation, APIs, performance testing and operational resilience.
