JOB SUMMARY

This role combines choreography and creative collaboration. The ideal candidate has a strong experience with popular dance styles and the ability to inspire and engage audience of all level. The Entertainer / Dancer will contribute to maintaining high artistic standards while fostering a positive and motivating studio environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate clearly and concisely to all guests, staff and other stakeholders in providing helpful information, promoting positive values and ensures that all guests have a positive and awesome moment
  experience while in the park
• Work closely with the relevant department to accommodate guests’ events and planning needs
• Assist the Head of Department in planning and executing dance performances and other related duties
• Support or lead sessions in contemporary, hip-hop and modern dance styles
• Assist in organizing recitals and other studio performances
• Collaborate with instructors and other staff to maintain a positive, supportive and professional environment
• Stay current with dance trends to ensure innovative and high-quality performance
• Support departmental initiatives by contributing to events, promotions and program communication

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Friendly, approachable, presentable and well-groomed, a team player with high degree of honesty and integrity
• Candidate must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays to support the operational
  needs as and when required
• Good experiences with additional proficiency in dance styles, strong choreographic skills and creating routines for performance preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with the team
• Applicants must be willing to work at SUNWAY LOST WORLD WATER PARK, SUNWAY CITY, IPOH, PERAK
