Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, professional, and assertive female Entertainment Director to oversee daily operations and manage our team of exotic dancers. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain a fun, organized, and profitable entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Supervise dancers, coordinate schedules, and oversee performances.
• Staff Recruitment: Interview, recruit, and onboard new entertainers.
• Performance Standards: Ensure entertainers maintain professionalism, appearance standards, and quality performances.
• Revenue Management: Monitor entertainment sales, VIP bookings, and overall performance.
• Conflict Resolution: Address disputes between entertainers, customers, and management.
• Event Coordination: Organize themed nights, private events, and special performances.
• Policy Enforcement: Maintain club rules, safety standards, and a respectful working environment.

Ideal Candidate

Must be confident, outgoing, organized, and comfortable managing strong personalities in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
