Entertainment Operations Manager

We are looking for an Entertainment Operations Manager who can lead our Family Entertainment Centers (FEC), drive business performance, and ensure every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience.

This role directly impacts revenue, guest satisfaction, team performance, and brand reputation.

What you’ll be doing

You will lead the daily operations of assigned entertainment centers while ensuring strong revenue performance, excellent guest experience, and operational discipline.

In simple terms, you will:

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned entertainment centers.
• Increase party bookings, events, and guest utilization.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience.
• Monitor crowd flow, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and audit compliance.
• Manage cash controls, asset protection, and operational risks.
• Minimize machine downtime and operational disruptions.
• Lead, coach, and develop shift leaders and frontline teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing on events, campaigns, and promotions.
• Implement improvements that increase guest satisfaction, repeat visits, and profitability.
• Maintain consistent brand standards across all entertainment locations.

Your goal is simple: make every entertainment center profitable, safe, well-managed, and loved by guests.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or customer service management.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Strong understanding of revenue management, sales targets, and business performance.
• Experience handling events, bookings, and customer-facing operations.
• Knowledge of SOP implementation, safety standards, and operational controls.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and peak operating periods when needed.
