ESDO is one of the most dynamic organizations expanding its development interventions across 422 upazilas under 56 districts of Bangladesh covering over 15 million poor and vulnerable people.

The JOB CIRCULAR will support ESDO's skills development and livelihood interventions by contributing to effective program implementation, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, documentation, monitoring, and achievement of program results. The position will work closely with relevant ESDO teams, field staff, technical personnel, employers, Master Craft Persons (MCPs), training providers, and other stakeholders as required.

Reporting to: Assistant Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver entrepreneurship development training to ALP learners.
• Facilitate business idea development, business planning, and basic financial management.
• Provide mentoring and follow-up support to entrepreneurs.
• Promote green, climate-smart, and resource-efficient business practices.
• Support learners to identify market opportunities and viable enterprise models.
• Document learner progress and enterprise development outcomes.

Workplace: Office and field-based; frequent field visits within Bagerhat and other project locations as required.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in entrepreneurship
• Skills: entrepreneurship development, local economic development, social entrepreneurship, employee development, youth entrepreneurship, non-profit program development
