*Entry Level* 6-12 Months Contract Banking Operations

• Manage asset transfers across local and foreign markets, oversee the associated processes and risks, and serve as the team’s escalation point.

• Handle Singapore Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL) activities and trade affirmation.

• Process scripless conversion requests and share transfers.

• Respond to queries from clients, trading representatives and relevant stakeholders.

• Liaise with counterparties and custodians on operational matters.

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain complete and accurate documentation.

• Review and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency while maintaining adequate controls.

• Consolidate proxy instructions and prepare forms for submission to the relevant authorities.

• Undertake other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
