Entry Level Account Assistant

This entry level opportunity provides hands-on sales training, customer account support experience, and a team that helps you build confidence in sales and account conversations.

As an Entry Level Account Assistant, you’ll work in an in-person, customer-facing retail sales environment, speaking with customers about Verizon wireless services, FiOS internet, devices, and connected home options. You’ll learn to understand account needs, explain sales options, and answer account questions while helping customers choose services that suit their needs and budget.

You don’t need previous sales or account experience. Our entry level training helps you learn product information, sales communication, and account support through hands-on guidance.

What you’ll do as an Entry Level Account Assistant

• Start friendly sales conversations with customers to understand their wireless, home internet, and account needs.
• As an Entry Level Account Assistant, explain Verizon products, account options, and current offers using clear sales communication.
• Recommend suitable sales options based on each customer’s account needs, service preferences, and budget.
• Answer account questions and guide customers through the sales process with a helpful, professional approach.
• Keep customer account information and sales follow-up details organized to support a positive account experience.
• Build your entry level sales skills through coaching on customer conversations, account support, and product knowledge.
• As an Entry Level Account Assistant, work with your team to improve sales communication, strengthen account support, and work toward individual sales goals.
