Entry Level Account Assistant

Summit Shore Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Assistant to support customer account activities and represent AT&T products and services. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience in sales, account support, and customer relationship management within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

As an Entry Level Account Assistant, you will directly assist with customer inquiries, share product information, and help customers navigate available AT&T solutions. You will work alongside experienced team members to strengthen your communication skills, develop practical sales knowledge, and learn effective approaches to customer engagement and account support. No extensive industry experience is necessary for candidates who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-person account support by answering customer questions and sharing accurate information about AT&T products and services.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable solutions based on their needs, preferences, and service interests.
• Support sales activities by presenting product features, explaining available options, and helping customers understand the enrollment process.
• Maintain professional customer interactions while building positive relationships and supporting customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team members to track account inquiries, communicate updates, and help maintain organized customer information.
• Participate in team meetings, product education, and ongoing coaching to develop sales, communication, and account support skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or account support is an advantage; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn about AT&T products, sales processes, customer engagement, and account support.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
