Entry Level Account Associate - Bilingual

Elevare Management is seeking a motivated Entry Level Account Associate – Bilingual to join our growing team and help customers navigate their AT&T Fiber options. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and building meaningful customer relationships while developing valuable sales and customer service experience.

In this role, you’ll learn how to work with customers from the initial conversation through account enrollment. You’ll become familiar with AT&T Fiber products and solutions, identify what customers are looking for, explain available options, and help make the enrollment process easy and simple. Spanish-speaking and English-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and provide information about available AT&T Fiber products and solutions.
• Guide customers through account questions, service options, and the enrollment process with clear communication.
• Deliver professional customer service while creating a positive and helpful customer experience.
• Identify appropriate solutions and develop consultative sales skills through customer conversations and hands-on training.
• Assist both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers with questions, product information, and account support.
• Maintain accurate customer information while building strong relationships and supporting team sales and service goals.
