Entry Level Account Associate

We are looking for an Entry Level Account Associate to help introduce customers to the benefits of AT&T Services. This is an opportunity to build real-world experience in customer engagement, account management, sales, and business development while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As an Entry Level Account Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, explain available AT&T connectivity options, and help guide them through the enrollment process. You’ll develop valuable communication and sales skills while learning how to build strong customer relationships and manage accounts from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As an Entry Level Account Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Engage directly with customers and introduce them to AT&T connectivity services
• Learn and communicate key product and service information
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist customers with the enrollment process and account setup
• Build positive, professional customer relationships
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate account and customer information
• Communicate customer feedback and insights to the team
• Collaborate with teammates to improve the overall customer experience
• Represent Offshore Management and AT&T with professionalism
• Develop your skills in sales, customer engagement, account management, and communication
