Responsibilities As an Entry Level Account Associate Include:

• Work with Verizon customers to devise the most effective Verizon product and service solutions that not only meet but exceed their expectations, while growing your sales and account portfolio
• Resolve customer questions about Verizon products and how to navigate Verizon services, ensuring the utmost satisfaction across every account
• Show composure, understanding, and be solution-focused when managing difficult account situations and overcoming sales objections
• Deliver Verizon customer support with accuracy, agility, and transparency on every sales interaction and account
• Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all potential new Verizon consumers as a pleasant, level-headed customer service and sales professional
• Attend meetings and weekly webinars to stay on top of the latest Verizon updates, promotions, and sales offers available to account holders
• Report directly to the Community Outreach and Account Management team to establish Verizon sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills

Qualifications of an Entry Level Account Associate:

• High school diploma or GED
• Creative problem-solving abilities for resolving account and sales challenges
• Ability to build rapport with new Verizon customers, upsell Verizon products, and meet team sales goals
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, Verizon customer needs, and account demands
• Ability to adapt to change and pick up new sales skills quickly
• Massive team player with a drive for Verizon sales and account success
