Entry-Level Account Manager

We are hungry and ready to expand its Verizon telecommunications campaign throughout the Fairfax area, and we're actively hiring a full-time Entry Level Account Manager to support customer growth and daily sales operations. Our team works directly with customers to provide Verizon wireless and connectivity solutions while helping drive market expansion through strong customer engagement, professional service, and consistent sales performance.

This is an in-person, customer-facing role focused on direct customer interaction, Verizon sales, and account support. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work directly with customers to explain Verizon products and service options, answer questions, assist with account setup, and support daily sales activity throughout assigned territories in the Fairfax area.

Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities

• Conduct direct customer sales interactions for Verizon wireless and telecommunications services
• Explain available Verizon service plans, devices, promotions, and pricing options to customers
• Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, activations, and service changes
• Support daily sales goals through consistent customer engagement and Verizon product knowledge
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation
• Provide professional customer service throughout the Verizon sales and account setup process
• Represent Verizon services professionally during all customer interactions
• Work closely with leadership to support customer growth and territory expansion initiatives across the Fairfax area

Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager Role

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in direct customer sales environments
• Interest in Verizon sales, telecommunications, customer service, or business development
• Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to meet performance expectations
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer interactions
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $53,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
