Entry Level Account Manager

In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, verify fiber eligibility, and drive Fios upgrades while building real relationships that matter. You'll master Verizon Fios solutions through hands-on training, then work directly with Sarasota customers while showing them how fiber transforms their internet experience with superior speed and reliability.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager:

• Support customer accounts while together answering service questions that build real trust and confidence
• Learn to introduce Fios solutions and develop sales skills from day one
• Master fiber-optic technology and explain it in ways customers truly understand
• Help customers find the right Fios plan and feel the impact of your recommendations
• Drive Fios adoption by creating lasting impressions that fuel growth
• Stay ahead by identifying account eligibility for upgrades and turning opportunities into wins
