We are hiring an Entry-Level Account Manager to support customer engagement and account-related activities for our Verizon campaign. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build experience in customer service, marketing, account support, and leadership while working in a team-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Account Manager

• Build positive, professional relationships with customers while representing Verizon products and services.
• Learn current products, promotions, campaign messaging, and customer service procedures.
• Ask questions, understand customer needs, and provide clear information about available solutions.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives through direct customer engagement and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established company and campaign guidelines.
• Work with teammates and leadership to review customer feedback, goals, and daily campaign results.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development to strengthen your skills.
