Entry-Level Account Manager

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to support customer acquisition and help expand Kinetic’s presence in new markets. The Entry Level Account Manager position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, thrives in a team environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in sales and account management.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, relationship building, and sales while working alongside a supportive and motivated team. You’ll also receive ongoing training to help you develop the product knowledge, communication skills, and sales strategies needed to succeed.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager:

• Represent Kinetic professionally and enthusiastically during face-to-face conversations with potential customers
• Educate customers on Kinetic’s internet and communication services and help identify solutions that fit their needs
• Support customer acquisition efforts through direct outreach and engaging customer conversations
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a professional experience throughout the sales process
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance results
• Participate in Entry Level Account Manager team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
• Work closely with management to improve customer engagement strategies and sales techniques
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, opportunities, and completed sales

What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop professionally
• Ability to learn product information and communicate it clearly to customers
• Prior Entry Level Account Manager experience is a plus
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,111.61 - $66,370.96 per year
