FTL Consultants is expanding our Fort Lauderdale team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Entry Level Account Manager. This position is designed for someone who wants to develop professional experience in client relations, sales, account management, and business development.

No previous industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help new team members learn our client process, develop strong communication skills, and grow into greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Learn client needs and assist with available solutions
• Conduct client consultations and follow-ups
• Support new account acquisition and retention
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

This is an in-office position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Pay: $132,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year
