Entry-Level Account Manager

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers face-to-face to provide support and answer questions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Assist with customer account updates, service information, and follow-up.
• Support client retention and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to meet client objectives and team goals.
• Communicate customer feedback and account updates to leadership.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities.
