Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee

Volk Connections, Inc. is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual who possesses a passion for marketing, business development, and sales. Our Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee acts as the primary in-person liaison between our clients and their consumers. As an Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee, you would help drive company revenue and handle hands-on customer retention by building trust and loyalty around our clients' brands.

Your day-to-day as an Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee:

• As an Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee, you will concentrate on sales and acquiring new business relationships with our clients and consumers, and conducting in-person customer meetings.
• Our Entry-Level Account Manager Trainees are expected to collaborate with the rest of the team in the workplace.
• Grow our consumer base and pursue new business through customer prospect/lead list and market research to increase sales.
• Maintain and manage the territory list so all prospective customers are reached.
• The Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee increases sales outreach, customer satisfaction, and customer retention by assessing those customers' needs and providing sales solutions that benefit those customers and result in higher-quality services.

Qualifications for the Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee:

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in the United States legally
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to collaborate with the rest of the sales and Entry-Level Account Manager Trainee team.
• Previous experience in sales, management, or customer service is a benefit but not required
• Self-disciplined and team-based work style and the ability to manage daily activities
• Comfort spending significant time in visiting businesses, initiating sales conversations, and building Rapport.
