We are hiring Entry-Level Account Representatives to represent major brands in locations in and near Livermore, CA area.

This is an in-store retail sales and customer service position. Account Representatives interact directly with shoppers, introduce products and services, answer questions, and help customers understand their available options.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Represent a trusted consumer brand professionally inside major retail locations
• Engage with shoppers through friendly, face-to-face conversations
• Introduce customers to available products and services
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions accurately
• Ask questions to understand customer needs
• Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
• Provide a positive customer service experience
• Assist customers with enrollment and account setup when applicable
• Maintain a professional and organized presence on the retail sales floor
• Work toward established individual and team performance goals
• Complete required customer and sales reporting accurately
• Communicate with the team regarding customer feedback and field activity
